On leading with respect

1. Authority in leadership

Some leaders use authority to manage their team members. This create stress to them.

However, when not using authority, some leaders would feel powerless or lack of influence.

2. How to treat your team members appropriately?

First, avoid showing your authority even it is obivious that you have it.

Then treat people with great respect!

However, to tell to treat people with respect is hard, especially in emotionally charged moments.

One of the tricks I use when address people is to image their mother standing right next to them when you speak to them.
